- Sri Dharma Mittra 297 Third Avenue, New York, NY, USA for Hatha Yoga teacher training (worldwide 200 and 500 hour courses), yoga classes, courses, kirtan and satsang, also Dharma's books, DVD's and famous poster of 908 poses. Dharma welcomes 2011 with the opening of his amazing new studio, Dharma West - if you are fortunate enough to be in NYC go there!
- Birthlight, founded by Francoise Barbira Freedman, a true pioneer in this field. She is a medical anthropologist who learned much during her time in the Amazon in Peru. As a well known author and teacher she has brought the distillation of her teachings to benefit women all over the world in their pregnancies and postnatally. Birthlight's unique approach to pregnancy yoga is one which is safe, fun and effective, combining simple 'micromovements', sound practice and breathing techniques.
